Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Vancouver. Breakfast was not exciting, but that's OK, I didn't expect much. Easy to get to with public transportation or taxi.

Definitely the best value in Vancouver, BC.
A spacious, clean and comfortable room PLUS FREE parking, FREE wifi, FREE (crappy) breakfast for only $75?
Plus it's only a $10 cab ride away from anything and the hotel has a cab phone in the lobby.
This is definitely going to be my go-to hotel in Vancouver.Listed in: Vancouver, BC

Decent chain hotel. Prices are reasonable, for Vancouver. The rooms are clean and typical of a chain hotel. Lots of - more than I needed - clean towels, in the bathroom. The free breakfast - downstairs, from 7-10 am - was nothing special. The restaurant next door has inexpensive breakfast (lunch and dinner) choices that are much better. During the day, guests can park on 10th Ave or the small shopping mall parking lot next to the hotel. At night, it's better to park in the garage beneath the hotel. (Spots are smallish.... and the drive into the garage is narrow.)

The Inlaws were in town this weekend and lucky for us the Best Western is right across the street. Don't think us heartless..we live in a one bedroom condo and it would have been to close for comfort...they are inlaws after all:)
The hotel was pretty good...it looks really nice on the outside but when we went over to meet with them you soon find out that the carpet doesn't exactly match the drapes..while the exterior has been upgraded the interior has seen better days...I'm guessing those days were the 80's....it was clean though...met all the standard needs and even had a complementary continental breakfast...which they would pillage every morning and bring to our house to share!
The location was really great, for us anyway, but would be for any traveler to our fair city...close to downtown without the cost...room still run you at $150 plus but that's still pretty good if you ask me! -

For $75 I couldn't complain about the cost. The location was only 6 blocks from where I needed to be. The staff are friendly and the rooms were clean. The bed was fluffy so no complaints there. It's the size of the room....man, that is one small room. Turn sideways to get from one place to the other kind of small. Other than that, my only complaint would be the crappy TV.
