I have wonder about the other negative review as I have shopped here quite a bit and always had good customer service.
I really prefer it over future shop across the street where I typically have to beg to get help ( which is ironic as future shop is commission sales)
All of these big box stores are essentially the same and it comes down to price for me and convenience in the end as it's not the type of place where they. Know your name when you come in. -

Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the Future Shop across the street.
The staff are complete morons, and a majority of them no nothing more than the every day customer. The current manager (7/26/11) is a complete idiot, and has no idea how to manage a store. I'd love to know how he got the job.
