My husband and I stayed here in October 2010. This B&B is conveniently located right near the falls (not a convenient walk, but a quick drive). The innkeeper is very hospitable and the house is extremely clean and nicely decorated, the exterior is also very beautiful.
The rooms are large and a big plus is that every room has a bathroom inside the room (a must have!). The only downside for me is that the room that we stayed in had a very uncomfortable bed. The breakfast is very delightful - they serve good coffee, pastries, and eggs served 3 different ways. They have on site parking (no additional charge) and I would highly recommend staying here, the prices are comparable to hotels in the area and you get so much more here at Bedham Hall!
