This place is known for the pudding filled creme puffs. But they also sell other things. We had three brownies filled with melted chocolate ($2.5 each), which would ooze out when you take a bite. So you'll have to eat it with a spoon. If you eat there, they'll heat it up for you and sprinkle it with powder sugar. It's about the most chocolatey brownie I ever had. I didn't think it was worth $2.5 at first. But after polishing off the first one, I realized it was worth it. And went back to buy two more. I just wish they would sell milk and ice cream. It would really be over the top.

Being inside Richmond Center, it's tempting not to get a ream puff. Everytime I go near the area of the Beard Papa, the sweet aroma of the fresh cream puffs fill the air, and my senses take over my brain, and before I know it, I am in the line up for a cream puff.
Cream puffs with fillings of all flavours-vanilla, green tea,strawberry, chocolate. My favourite is the green tea one-green tea flavour, with a hint of the original vanilla custard flavour.
One bite into the the cream puff- the outer shell is warm, with a little crispness, and the inner layer, soft and fluffy, right out of the oven. The filling and smooth and creamy, not too sweet, and in my mouth-the two mingle together to create this perfect harmony.
They also have eclairs and a cheesecake (cut into a stick shape.) I haven't tried these, but anticipate that these will be good as well.
The cream puff shell is made frequently, so they are always fresh, and the cream is filled upon ordering.
Always tasty, and for under $2, it's a little piece of sweet heaven that's enough to make my day!
