We were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary and decided to stay at the Beachview B&B, mostly based on the ridiculous pictures of the view from the Burrard suite, as well as the solid online reviews. Upon reaching the B&B we were warmly greeted and felt right at home immediately. Heading upstairs to our suite, we were pleasantly surprised that view was actually far better in person. Sitting back and looking at the ocean, layers of hills, sun, boats and nature was truly relaxing, especially with a glass of white wine in hand.
During our stay there, we had nothing but excellent interactions with the proprietors and other guests. The breakfasts were great and recommended activities solid. The neighborhood was interesting, with a small town beach vibe, but just minutes from Vancouver itself.
Overall I would strongly recommend the Beachview Retreat B&B, especially for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the view and hospitality.
