  I miss this place big time! It has the best prices for botox, a knowledgeable and friendly Doctor injects it and discusses the procedure with you AND it LASTS!

  I was looking for a new doctor and found this deal online -99$ for 20 units of botox, which is an absolute SCAM! They actually inject less then they claim.  Doctor performed 2 injections only and it's been 2 weeks already with no results!  BE AWARE!!!

  All Botox patients are told to return to the clinic if there is any problem at all - the vast majority are completely satisfied with their treatment, and we see them only when the Botox has worn off. But if the result was not satisfactory we do touch ups at no charge.
  
  We perform thousands of Botox injections every year, and over 90% of patients become regulars, and we have been practicing cosmetic medicine for over 10 years. The $99 introductory offer is break even at best, our only goal is to allow new patients to meet us, and see how they can have excellent medical cosmetic treatment at a lower price than many "medi-spas". It is only logical that we do our very best to ensure satisfaction. Claiming that we inject less than we promise is libel, by the way, since it is blatantly false.
  
  As to the other complaint: Botox is measured by "units", one can place 20 units in one injection site, or place 20 units in 20 different sites. If the Botox had not worked this patient would have been welcome to return to our clinic for any correction necessary. We have not been able to verify this patient as ours, though.

  its totally true they do scam you here.  i've had botox by another doctor before moving to toronto, and it actually lasted and gave a completely satisfactory effect.  this place, i barely notice any effect and it doesn't last at all.  i guarantee they are ripping people off.  it made me laugh when the doc asked me "did it work?" the second (and last) time i went in... why the heck shouldn't it work?  i guess if you don't inject as much as you claim to that could be the reason it doesn't work.  unfortunately i was too polite to say anything, and i wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.  however, after the second unsatisfactory result, i know something sketchy is going on.
  AVOID THIS PLACE.

  As with the other negative "review" above - all patients are clearly told to return to see us if there is any problem at all with their treatments. We have a fantastic reputation, and it is based on our taking excellent care of our cosmetic patients. This review does not make any sense: when asked whether the Botox "worked" why did the "reviewer" not simply say they were not satisfied so a correction could be made? We would gladly have made any correction necessary. We always ask whether the last treatment was satisfactory for this very reason! - to ensure satisfaction.
  
  It is very unlikely that there was no effect at all, but had this been the case the treatment wold have been repeated for free. The suggestion that we treat with less Botox than we chart is libel, it is simply untrue and malicious.
  
  We have not been able to verify that this "reviewer" is actually a patient.
  
  We perform thousands of Botox injections each year, at a rate much lower than most clinics - many patients save several hundreds of dollars, and they receive proper medical care - the College of Physicians demands that every Botox patient be seen by a Physician before treatment - that is the case here, and always will be.
