If you have had any neuromuscular issues in life ever, Christopher Quirk is your guy. I have had back issues and very tight hamstrings from a young age and have been to see many a chiropractor or massage therapist in my day - none have been as absolutely focused on recovery and client education as Christopher.
He is caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and has wacky sense of humour to boot.
FYI - If you're a cyclist, he is also particularly well-versed in issues that might be ailing you as a result of cycling. Christopher helped me to straighten out my cycling form, and my hamstrings and shoulders are singing his praises. -

I see Christopher Quirk at Bayswater.
I have recommended many others and we all feel he is tops.
Knowledgeable and kind with a goofy sense of humor, Chris is my go-to guy for chronic muscle pain or deep tension release. -

I have had great massage from Peter Roach for a very long time. i have always found him very knowledgeable,knows great point pressures and deep tissue work to release any tension. Peter is respectful, caring and has a great laugh.
the office is nice and comfortable but could have more interesting magazines in the waiting area. i would like to see more aromatherapy in his oils.
i trust him.

I see Peter at Bayswater
I have experienced may deep tissue massages over the years and must say Peter is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have met to date. He is excellent in identifying problem areas and looks for solutions. You can tell he enjoys his work and is always expanding his knowledge.
The office and massage rooms are clean and comfortable and I have no problem recommending them.
