I love everything about this Clinic, my Family doctor, Dr. Lei is the best man ever!!! I was there and asked him if he takes patients based on his supreme awesomeness, and luckily for me, he was taking a few! I had seen him a few times in the clinic for a bicycle accident and he was more than helpful, He also got me in for an MRI, Ultra Sound & tests to determine my injuries and the severity, he also took his time, he never rushes, and he does a thorough history and analysis of your medical history.
Dr. Lei is well dressed, warm hearted and well mannered, It is always a relief knowing you aren't going to be ignored and prescribed something like at most walk ins... He cares and wants to know what is really going on. His staff is friendly, accommodating and professional, in his office and in the clinic.
They have everything at this clinic including dental, diagnostics, nutrition counselling, psychology, physiotherapy and everything!!
As far as walk in clinics go, I have never NEVER waited more than 30 minutes to see a doctor, pretty awesome. Also, very clean and tidy, friendly and very organized. A Pharmacy right in the office and security throughout the building. I like it!
It moves quickly, and you never feel unsure that you are going to receive care. I love this clinic, and Dr. Lei is the best doctor ever. -

Found Bay College Medical & Lockwood Diagnostic through Yelp after waking up with swollen tonsils. It's easy to find, clean, efficient and best of all quick. I arrived at 9.20am on a busy Saturday and was out of the door meds in hand by 10.30am...pretty good for a walk in.
Glad I found it and would recommend it to anyone, especially for thier weekend hours. -

I've been to my fair share of doctors/specialists/naturo-everything in the past couple of years and rarely have I had such a positive experience. I actually wrote several emails afterwards raving about the experience.
One of the key factors to my experience may be that I got there earyly! It was my first time and I registered with reception by 8:10am. ... What happened afterwards was my version of a medical miracle: I saw a doctor, got a script, booked an apt with a specialist (onsite) for four days later, AND got my hand xrayed in a total 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES.
In my opinion this is how the health care system should work: easy, effective, and hassle free. Perhaps a bit idealistic but it worked here! -

The Filipino guy at reception is the most pleasant person I've ever met working in a clinic. True to his word I got called in from the waiting room at 40 mins (he quoted 45-60mins). Then you wait in a room and a nurse asks what you're in the clinic for and takes your BP, the DR came in a couple mins later and took his time speaking with me so I felt looked after even though I was only there to get refills on a previous Rx.

I should preface this with just saying, going to a walk-in for depression isn't really the best way to judge any medical skills of a doctor. So instead of saying anything about the poor doctor who had to deal with me that day, I just want to say that I fully recommend this walk-in clinic- as for now.
I went on a Wednesday afternoon and I barely waited 30 minutes to get in to see the doctor. Some of the nurses/reception were rude, but I just expect that now when I head to a doctor's office. The doctor was friendly enough, dealing with an out-of-whack little girl talking about needing medication. It says something that the meds he put me on are the same meds two of my doctors kept me on afterwards. So he wasn't that far off.
Everything in the office was exceptionally clean, and I didn't feel like I was going to catch something by sitting in the waiting room. Plus there's other options in that office, there is a pharmacy when you come out of the exam rooms, there is also a dentist in that building as well.
For a walk-in clinic in Toronto, it's not the worst. So give it a shot if you're in the area.
