The funny thing about stress is that once you mentally and emotionally let go of it, it will physically manifest itself somehow. In my case, it was a gigantic knot of pain on my shoulders and neck. But after an hour with Tanya Sursug RMT, I felt renewed, revivified and absolutely ready to enjoy life! I don't remember sleeping so well and feeling so rested upon waking up. The absolute best part of the whole experience is that it is in Etobicoke and totally accessible. I am so proud that such an establishment is in my area. It is unbelievably easy to make an appointment online. The prices are amazingly affordable and the experience is worth every penny. The administration of the service was efficient and it is totally accessible from the highway. What else can I ask for? It feels like a miracle that my back pain dissipated, but Tanya worked extremely hard and used her experience to free me from my back pain. (Thank you Tanya!) I will be definitely return to Basic Kneads regularly so that I don't have to go through life stooped with pain. However, Basic Kneads definitely spoiled me and I don't know if I can go to another spa environment with fussy setup when Basic Kneads gets the job done in the most efficient and effective way.
This place is definitely worth the trip to Etobicoke!!! -

Efficient, inexpensive, convenient. All words that describe Basic Kneads.
Unlike spas, Basic Kneads is reasonably priced. I can never justify paying spa prices for a massage again. Basic Kneads massages are incomparable in quality and in price.

Basic Kneads is great - relaxing environment and reasonably priced massages! $125 for 90min, you can't go wrong. While I do love the spa experience, sometimes I just need a good massage. RMTs are attentive and professional. If I could go here once a week, I would.
