The poutine here, the first and best we had in Banff, and indeed ever, was amazing. The fries are crisp and homestyle and covered in a really delicious and savory gravy and of course creamy cheese curds. The burgers looked delicious and so did everything else we saw served. A local goldsmith recommended it to us and we are so grateful that he did. I dreamed about it for weeks after returning to San Francisco.

My first time eating here was with my family, and we had only heard of the legend of Barpa Bill's. Eventually, we found it! Tucked away, sandwiched between a hairdressing salon and a skigear shop, a small tiled room, with smells of souvlaki wafting about. They have a small variety of ridiculously delish options.
I personally have a love affair with their veggie pita. Warm roasted red peppers, onions, and lettuce packed and rolled into a pita. The creamy tzadziki can get a little messy, as it will ooze until you master the Pita Grip, but no complaints about copious tzadziki, because it is super tasty. You can also buy their hummus to take home.
This unsuspecting, basically fast-food joint is such a winner. -

Barpa Bill's makes a fantastic Barpa burger. If you're ever in Banff, check this place out. It's just a tiny shop, offering a lot of delicious Greek cuisine, but the Barpa Burger is of the best I've ever had.
It's flame broiled and covered in onions and tzatziki sauce, enclosed in a fresh roll. You'll taste it for a while afterwards, but that is for the better. It's truly delicious and every time I make it to Banff, I make a point of saving roon and stopping in for a burger. Great stuff. -

Banff's best kept secret! We stumbled upon this place quite by accident and now we stop in here every time we pass through Banff. The dining area is tiny but the food is great!

A great little place and a good deal for lunch/dinner. The best veggie burger and chicken souvlaki we've ever had. A must visit when you're in Banff. Make sure you bring cash as it is cash only here.

What can I say. A great hamburger at a good price in the town of Banff! Great combination. I went in there for lunch with 3 other people and it was a tight squeeze. The older gentleman was fast, courteous, and grilled a marvelous hamburger. My only regret? I didn't try the Barpa burger and just got the regular hamburger.
