A guy at another bar tried to convince us the strippers here were too young as if that was a bad thing... well helllllo there.. I'm not sure they were underage or anything.
The crowd is almost as entertaining as the strippers... watching the strippers court people for a lapdance (or whatever it is they do...) is entertaining as well. you have your usual creepy old guys, but a lot of others mixed in as well.. (and even the old guys who seemingly were "too cool" and not creepy?).
drinks were measured pours but didn't seem terribly expensive.
one of the strippers was seriously nasty but the rest were enjoyable. they seemed to have a stripper for every type. where else can you watch a nasty punk rock kid who looks like he put a bowl on his head to cut his hair, followed by a cute hipster stripping to MGMT? -

Hot damn!!
There are three types of strippers in my opinion:
1. Twinks
2. Muscle daddies
3. Jocks
This is the place for twinks and jocks. The twink to jock ratio is 5 to 1. Mostly twinks.
Having said that... dayum!! Have you ever come across a 5'4" skinny thing that weighs maybe 100lbs, wrap himself around the stripper pole, and twirl around? Oh yeah, almost every dancer here does that. It took all of me to not jump on the stage, grab that guy, and drag him back to my hotel room. Mmm, mmm, mmm!!
So, I take my man to Montreal for his birthday almost every year... and I end up getting the lapdances while he watches. Taboo is our favorite place to get a lapdance. Surprisingly, the price is lower than other strip bars. They only charge $10 per song, unlike the others ($20/ song). And the quality of guys here is better.
The last time I got a lapdance, I thought the stripper was gonna poke my eye out with his hard on.
