Quoting with Balloons Canada is confusing. In working with them, I had erroneously misread a quote as a bill and misunderstood the charges on the overall quote thinking they were charging by the hour for the innitial meeting and every meeting thereafter. (!)
After we approached them about clarifying this confusion, Balloons Canada did work with us to get the price to within our budget which was admirable.
I very much like Balloons Canada, their enthusiasm and knowledge are a definite plus and they work hard to make sure and execute flawlessly.
If you use them, do your due-diligence and ask to go through and have them clarify the quote.
They will bill for test set-up, extra product and samples which is expected, but look over the total price as it can seem like they are billing by the hour and, like I did, it's easy to miss-read.
