My child went here for a couple of years and started in the baby room. The baby room was wonderful and at the time, had really great teachers. There was a separate room for the babies to sleep in their own play pens and plenty of toys.
After my child was ready, he progressed to the toddler room. That is when it started to go downhill. The toddler room was really disorganized and everyday I picked my child up, I had to find his lunch bag, jacket, bottles, etc as they were in all different locations of the room (and not in his cubby!). When my child was 2 and a half, I started to get pressured from the administrator (not the owner) to move my child up to the 3-5 room. I thought ok, that might be ok, but the teacher to child ratio is 8:1. And the kicker is that they refused to lower the monthly fees to the 3-5 year old fee even though my child was going to be the in the older room (apparently you have to wait until he's actually turns 3).
One day after being pressured again (even though I had already said no a couple of times) to move my child to the 3-5 room, I agreed to and then found another daycare for my child.
Since then, my child is thriving at his new daycare. I enrolled my child in the new daycare's 3-5 program, with a better 7:1 ratio and I got to pay the lower fees right away!
One other thing to note is that staff turnover here is very high. Many new teachers were being brought in for all of the people leaving.
