When I lived in the Middle East, I feel in love with many Arabic dishes - baklava, hummous, shishtaook, kafta, kebah, falafel, and that red sauce they put on chicken and rice. Coming back to Canada, I feared I would never have a chance to enjoy those foods again. Thankfully there is Ayoub Foods. I discovered it a few years ago (it has moved recently to the present location, but it is still as well-stocked). It not only sells Middle Eastern ingredients (like the fragrant spices that your mouth will water for), it also sells hot food you can eat on the spot, like tasty falafel sandwiches. What really blow me away is that it sells shisha pipes and shisha tobacco. I was going to order some tobacco online for my pipe, but it was going to cost a fortune. Ayoub sells it for near the price I used to pay at my local bakalla. Insh'Allah, you must go to Ayoub Food right away. Yalla, habibi!
