Located in the downtown core, this place was exactly where I needed it to be at the lowest price around (a la Expedia).
Exceptional service: I showed up with my road bike planning on stowing it in the fold down mid-size I'd reserved during my non-biking trip to Victoria. Not only did the courteous manager(?) provide me an upgrade but he also offered to store my bike in his already small space. Took up his offer and as a result, opted to switch to a fuel sipping Fiat 500. When I returned the car, he further offered to store it till the end of the day, which was perfect for me. All this kindness unsolicited, just out of courtesy from one human being to another. My thanks.
Refreshing encounters like these remind me of why I want to move to the Island so badly.
