This garage is not to be trusted and does not stand behind their work, BEWARE! My Mother has visited them several times and she always ends up with very large bills for things that were not a problem when her car went in. Recently another garage discovered problems with work that Autospiel had done on the wheels for her approximately 12000km earlier. When Autospiel was contacted about the problem, they made it clear that they would never make mistakes (really?) and that they would have to look at her car again, but regardless of what they find, they would be billing her for any work done, even if the problem arose due to their poor workmanship. They made it clear that they offer no guarantee on their work. Very disappointing. It seems however, that they can be guaranteed to find expensive problems that you never knew existed prior to going into their garage. This business is not trustworthy and only concerned about how much money they can extract from you, regardless of whether or not their means are ethical. They are also rather smooth talkers, so don't fall for it.

Meet the Business Owner: Russ S.
Emigrated to Canada in 1987 from Zimbabwe, formerly known as Rhodesia. Russ has been working at Volkswagen/Audi and BMW dealerships since 1979. He opened up his own business in Victoria in 1994.
