My wife and I made the mistake to book Tours 2 (countryside) and Tour 1 (City).
Tour 2 was conducted in one of their small buses which can at best be described as a sardine can - very cramped and no ability to see out of the windows and enjoy the sights. The guide came across as someone who had learned the contents of an encyclopedia and, like a robot, core-dumped the contents of his knowledge in both English and French in a very rapid manner...he even used the term "rewind" several times - terrible!
The tour also stopped at a copper factory which was never listed on the official itinerary and which clearly was a tourist trap. The same goes for the stop at a bakery which hardly had any bread but which was on the itinerary
All in all a terrible waste of our time and $111 - STAY Away!!!!!!
We had also purchased a ticket for the City tour (Tour 1) the next day which we took on 10-3-10. Much better... Even though getting to our bus was again very disorganized, our tour guide/driver was very enthusiastic and made the tour a compelling story... This one was worth the money even though it was the same style bus...cramped.
As an aside, two days after we booked and paid for our tours we were advised by American Express that our card had fraudulently been used in the UK the day following. Whilst I have no proof, in hindsight the process of paying for our trips at the City center tourist office didn't seem right - the individual called in the charges rather than running the card though a terminal and only provided a tour bus receipt and not an American Express credit card receipt - watch out!
