Having boughten a few family vehicles from here over the last few years, I can honestly say that I love it. Now, do I love it because I leave here driving a bmw or do I love it because of the service that they offer? Well, I'm not gonna lie, and I'll definitely have to say it's a combination of the 2 (weighing a lot heavier on the first option however).
1. Yes, quite obviously, any day you drive home in a BMW is a good day
2. Their initial service is amazing... then you actually buy the car... (*cue suspenseful music*) - and that's pretty much when the service goes to hell.
Bringing in the car for its scheduled maintenences was a headache because although I would have an 11am appt, someone wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there until almost 1120am! And then they would say, it should only take an hour and we don't have a courtesy car. Ok fine. I can sit around and look at pretty cars for an hour. 4 HOURS LATER. not even joking here.
Would I buy another car from here? Maybe, but maybe not. I suppose it depends on my mood that day. I love BMW's, but perhaps Brian Jessel would be able to offer better follow up customer service to me? -

It barely gets 3 stars because I like the fact that no-one bothers me there when I'm looking at cars. However, if you're looking for attention, go elsewhere like The BMW store in Vanc.
Great physical structure, nice selection of cars. Used Bimmers are too highly priced.Listed in: General Services
