I took my car here back in November to get the passenger back side of the car fixed where I'd smashed it against a pillar in a parking garage and to get the front bumper fixed from a past accident. I was more than impressed with the service I got at Auto Sense! The work done on my car as AMAZING and follow-up was great. I almost broke down in tears when I saw my car after she'd been fixed. For a 13 year old car she looked almost completely brand new!
I was given a Yaris as a free courtesy car while they had my car for the week and it served me very well.
I got my car back when promised and it was cleaned inside and out, I was almost afraid to drive it away :)
The shop owner is wonderful and answered all my questions, even gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint in case I had an future scratches. He also told me the work they did was covered for as long as I owned my car! and if i ever had any minor scrapes in the future to just drive on by and they'd take care of them for me.
I'm recommending Auto Sense to ANYONE who needs to get there car fixed! I can't say enough good things. -

I went here to get my car fixed after I scraped it against a wall and had done damage to the paint and it had started to rust. I shopped around in the area and they gave me the best rates. They were also highly recommended by the auto spas in the area and other auto body shops in the area - which only work on high end cars unfortunately.
It took a while to get an appointment because they were booked for 2 weeks, but it was worth the wait. The color matches perfectly, and they got it done in 2.5 days. (they said it might take 3 -4 days). So I was very pleased with that too. Also they charged me exactly what they quoted, so I wasn't in for a nasty surprise when it was time to pay.
They also offer complimentary rental car while they're working on yours and they guarantee their work as long as you own the car !

The owner was super friendly when i first dropped by to show him some minor damage on my rear bumper. Gave me some advice about ICBC claims. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later and was able to get a courtesy car - a Yaris (not my fav, but useful). Overall, great work, prompt service.
