An extremely thorough, conscientious and service-oriented company.
When I sat down with Colin from Auto One and he walked me through how they could find me my perfect car I was amazed at what lengths they would go to ensure that not only would I get the exact car that I wanted but that there would be no surprises at the end. He was remarkably transparent as to exactly how they would find my car, how much it would cost them to acquire it from the source, expenses incurred to get it here, safety inspections, duty fees, etc... every step in the process of getting me my car. I was truly surprised and happy to see how open Colin was with the whole process and am certain that not every car dealer shares the same philosophy.
Truly an honest company and a pleasure to do business with. -

Colin is a true professional. He will look high and low to find you that special car you desire. He never gives up. He acts in a way that is upfront and honest, "all the cards on the table" kind-of-guy. I have gone to him with a request for a specific model of car. I have also gone to him simply with performance stats and asked him to source a vehicle that meets those criteria. He is so knowledgeable about what he does that he could easy take my requests and transfer them into concrete options of vehicles to choose from. Great advice, top notch service/knowledge. Colin continues to help me with the details of finishing one lease (with another company) and will be getting me set up with a new car in the new year. Looking forward to having him handle all the details from start to finish.

If you want a Ferrari, ten Colin Cuthbert at Auto ONE is definitely your guy. But you don't have to be looking for an exotic sportscar to have an awesome car buying experience. Colin does an excellent job of scouring the marketplace for demo cars that ahve been driven gently by staff of dealerships, or pristine showroom demos that he can get for you in awesome condition at an incredible price in our experience. Often cars are sourced from Sunbelt areas where they have rarely even seen a raindrop. The bottom line with Colin was that I felt that he was sourcing my car as he would his very own...with the same care and attention. I never felt like I was being "sold". Good experience.
