I don't recommend buying furniture from this place. Initially, when we went in the staff was extremely nice and courteous but a bit pushy. The prices are more expensive that most big box stores but the items were unique and had the look we wanted. We bought a bedroom set and coffee table. After measuring our new apartment me and my husband realized that all the furniture would not fit into our bedroom. We went to exchange two pieces and no one wanted to help us! When we initially made the purchase, the sales person assured me that we could change our minds at any point prior to delivery. Anyways, it took us three tries to exchange the two pieces we bought that wouldn't fit - primarily because when sales associates found out it was an exchange they lost interest in assisting us.
The final purchase was made in early June and we opted for a late July delivery date - we were assured we would be called prior to this to confirm. Well, weeks go by and no call is made. Me and hubby go into Arrow a few days before delivery date. The manager, an overbearing individual named James, was extremely RUDE to us - for no reason whatsoever. He said that July 1st was just a tentative date and he could deliver the items any date in that given month. He also kept calling me "Madam" but it a very strange and condescending manner. I was extremely upset because we had a vacation coming up so a later delivery was not an option, he refused to call head office or do a thing. I called head office myself in the store and they told me that they would deliver the items once I explained the situation and were very apologetic. The manager treated us very badly, just because we were young and our items were already paid for, it was disgusting. The furniture was also very poor quality - the coffee table and wood bed are full of chips and it hasn't even been a year! Yes we are young but I take care of our home. Arrow Furniture is not a good place to buy furniture because of poor quality items and lack of service.
