Two of my three tattoos are from Dave at Archive. Amazing work, amazing guy. He is my artiste of choice and I trust him implicitly.

There is a long waiting list but good things come to those who wait.

Do an online search for "Best Tattoo Artists in the City" and you're bound to find David Glantz's name and Archive Tattoo at the top of the search results.  Countless media outlets have featured the shop in their round-ups of the best of the best places to get inked in Toronto, and it's for good reason.
I first saw Dave's work on my friend and former co-worker Robbie. "GORGEOUS" I thought. Rob referred our friend Freddie, who got a couple pieces from Dave's apprentice Angie. Freddie then referred my boyfriend Mike, who got an amazing tribute tattoo by Dave, and that's how I met him. Dave worked for several months on my carousel horse sleeve, and I've never met a more down to earth, honest and openhearted tattoo artist. Dave is a professional through and through, he keeps a clean shop, a cool attitude and will always offer a great compromise to any idea you may have. Dave, along with his wife Elyse run a wickedly cool shop, you instantly feel like part of the family when you visit. Sure, Archive is a bit pricey, compared to many other tattoo shops, but give me a break -- I have never seen another tattoo like mine. The colour is superb, the shading is beautiful and I get non-stop compliments from people every day and it's one of a kind. Archive Tattoo is definitely the place for you, if you're willing to invest in a work of art for your body, for a lifetime. I keep a stack of Archive business cards in my wallet for referrals. Xoxo, Natalie.

People are constantly asking me where I got my tattoos done. Dave Glantz opened his own studio 6 months ago, and hasn't looked back. His work is incredible and entirely original. His precision and attention to detail puts him in a league all his own. You'll probably have to put your name on a rather long waiting list, but considering you'll be wearing his art forever your patience will be well rewarded.
