This is an awesome gallery with very talented and friendly artists. You'll see mostly painters, some wooden furniture artworks, photographic artworks, sculptors, musicians, actors, potters, and performers.
It's an old building, but the rooms with the artist are fairly new with hardwood floors and it doesn't feel dusty or dirty like other studios. The elevator is super old but big enough to fit a small hatchback car, from the 1920's or something. There is an actual person who runs it for you inside. He was really funny too!
I was here for the East Side Culture Crawl, so if you missed it, you'll have to wait for next year. All of the artist have their own rooms, and pretty much all of them require appointments before viewing their works. Unless, you're at the East Side Culture Crawl event, which all of the artist have their doors open for everyone. Some of them will serve you homemade soup, cookies, chips and drinks too.Listed in: Best Art Galleries
