The star here is the hummus. Not sure what makes their recipe different than other places, but there is something about the consistency. It is smoother or something.
The rest of the food appears to be fresh daily. The buzz kill I have encountered every time is the shawarma is pre cut and sitting in a chafer dish. This leaves it to dry out and pick up a chewy texture of which I am not a fan. It has been my experience at other Shawarma places that the spinning meat sticks are harvested on an as needed basis. On this point, I find it disappointing.
The rest of the food is quite good and the employees are pleasant to deal with, if sometimes not well versed in their own products.
