Review from Gabby S.

We were here for the Just the Girls package. Chandra, the spa director, allowed us to swap the 30 mins neck and back massage for a manicure instead. Thirty minutes is way too short for any kind of massage.
We started with our spa lunch in the Oasis Lounge, which is complimentary with 3 treatments. The food comes from the upstairs restaurant, The Landing Grill. The overall food (pizza and turkey club) was bland except for the pan bread with the tasty dip. Each person got a glass of wine. There was also a self-serve tea and water counter. The tea tasted like the leaves had been there a long time. We enjoyed the little baggies of crackers and nuts. After lunch, we each got a locker key and changed into our bathrobes.
I was really happy with my 1.5 hour facial and hence, the 3 stars. First, I got a brief back massage to just warm up the body. Then, I laid back on some mud and seaweed mix supposed to boost metabolism. Then, it was the typical cleansing, steaming, slight extraction (no pain at all), mask, etc. There was also a bit of arm massage. I did feel refreshed. My esthetician was really professional - she was quiet when she went around the room to prep. I've had some who would noisily roll around on their chairs to get this and that. The only thing I didn't like was the depressing music but I think that music was forced throughout the spa.
Next, I had the manicure and pedicure. Both were pretty basic and I had expected a bit more for the price ($55 and $70 respectively). By more, I mean more focus on the cuticles and careful application of the basecoat, not just a quick dabbing once over. NONE of our manicures lasted till the end of next day and I've had cheaper manicures that lasted for over 1 month. Only one and it was in NYC.
If I only had the manicure/pedicure, this place would have gotten 2 stars. The manicure was worth $30 just because of the environment and the pedicure was worth $50 because of the leg/foot massage.
At the end of our treatments, we each received an exfoliating shower gel.
