Overall I would have to say my experiences here have been very good.
They really are very punctual, yet I have rarely felt rushed during my face time with the doctor.
My one-year-old and I both have Dr Lipkowitz as our personal doctors and I am happy with her. A little cold at times but an excellent doctor otherwise.
The front desk staff are extremely friendly.
I've also had a few experiences as a walk-in about three times - despite a wait time of one hour once, I still was pleased with the great care given by the various doctors who treated us. -

I usually come here if I'm feeling ill at work. Waits are usually pretty quick (within 10-15minutes) and generally the staff is pretty friendly. My go to doctor is Dr Hall, and I actually find him quite comforting. He's laid back which makes me feel more at ease, which is great cause I kinda find medical clinics/offices quite nerve wrecking.
My only beef though is seeing some of the medical assistants going for smoke breaks. I know it's a free world-etc etc...but it's always kinda alarming to see someone working in a medical field...doing something so harmful. Oh well I guess.. -

Worst medical care I have received by walkin clinic. When we moved to Vancouver, we were told to take our daughter (2 years old) for vaccinations since she wasn't born here and we didnt' have a regular dr (another issue and thorn in my side altogether). THis was the closest clinic and we thought it would be professional since it was in Yaletown. Deceiving....
At the last minute they switched her appointment with the regular family doctor to some psych resident doctor who had never given shots to a child. They didn't explain that he never had never given vaccinations to a child before. He was a psych resident! He was practically shaking and of course ended up stabbing her several unnecessary times to complete the injection. My daughter had a needlessly, horrible time. I complained which fell on unsympathetic ears. Luckily found another regular doctor to take her to so will never have to take her there again.
The professionalism of the reception is pathetic. You ask them how long it will be and it will inevitably be at least double what they say. Even after you're shown to a room (usually the size of a walkin closet in a downtown condo) you still wait another 15-20 minutes.
Also their financial accounting is atrocious. They lose their paperwork constantly (was asked many times for my carecard number even though I've always been covered and had been on file) and then bill you 3 years later if you try to come back for another visit, claiming that we weren't covered by MSP - we have supplemental med insurance, which we also provided. And wont' see you if you don't pay so you're screwed.
Will never go back there again. If I could give a negative score I would. -

Clean, efficient, and friendly.
They are very punctual and doesn't make you wait more than 5 minutes than your scheduled appointment.
The doctors here are friendly and actually listens to you. They don't make you feel rushed as some places do. I feel that they actually are concerned about your well being and want to help you. -

They are awesome for a walk in clinic!
Once I cut my fingers while cooking, and my finger nails fell off. I went straight to the clinic. I only waited for two minutes, then I got my treatment. The doctor was really nice, and he totally calmed me down. The clinic makes you feel cared.
However, the physicians there do not usually take new patients. -

While the doctor you get assigned on walk-in can be hit or miss, most of the doctors here are fantastic. I've been going to this clinic since the week they opened, and even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood, I'll keep coming back. Dr. Jando, Dr. Tong & Dr. Lipkowitz are especially fantastic. I rarely have to wait when I have an appointment, and when I use their walk-in option, they give accurate estimates so I can run down and grab a coffee.

I am finally done going to this clinic. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and have constantly screwed up my test results, mislabeling them, or in another instance, not even sending them away to the lab. I've also found some of the doctors at this clinic unprofessional as well. Dr. Linda Jando was really great, however, I've since seen a male doctor who verbally came on to me, and a rude, unhelpful female doctor (Dr. Nguyen). I would especially tell people to avoid her as she is uncaring and simply does not take the time to listen to you. Nobody deserves a bad doctor or incompetent staff. Take your well being and health care needs somewhere else!

Aquarius Medical Clinic is the best clinic I've been to in Vancouver. I have been going here for a year now to see Dr. Hall, after my first visit I made him my family doctor. The longest I've ever had to wait to get in was half an hour, I always call ahead and book an appointment though. Usually I get in and see the doctor within the first 5-10 minutes of being there. It's the quickest clinic I've ever been to, but the doctor never makes me feel rushed, he really cares about my treatment and conditions and has helped me so much. I'm usually in and out of the clinic in 15-30 minutes, which I find very impressive.
