There's a reason why you have to wait for 45 minutes to get a table here on the weekend, great food and great service. It seems that most dishes I order here, burgers, riblets, chicken parm, salads, are always prepared very well. You may not like the seasoning on some of them, the buerben steak comes to mind, but it's always cooked well and hot. The atmosphere is a little better now that they did some renovations, though I think they needed more of an overhaul in my opinion. The prices are very reasonable, and even though fresh looking Chili's has opened down the street, I believe this place will hold up as it gets you a much better value. You basically can't go wrong with having lunch or dinner here. Highly recommended, enjoy!

Save yourself the trouble and just don't come here. Maybe it's just our party, but the customer service was ridiculous and the manager was even worse.
1. The waitress didn't greet us. Just plainly asked what we wanted to drink. We'll see why that's a problem later.
2. The waitress messed up my steak with another friend's steak. Well done vs. Medium. Ew.
3. The waitress didn't bring out one of the entrees. Just shook her head and rolled her eyes in confusion and walked away once we pointed that out.
4. There was a flyer on the table that said if they don't offer a Blue Moon or a White Peach Sangria that they will provide everyone at the table a drink for free. So referring back to #1, she didn't, so we pointed it out and asked if it was valid. She KNEW she didn't so she had to ask someone else. Then she came back and said she DID and now she could only provide one for the table and walked away like nothing happened.
5. The waitress became a massive bitch after situation 5 so I asked her about the drink and #4 happened again and I told her no, she didn't and to look at the flyer. OWNED. She had to get the manager.
6. The manager came over and asked how it was going. We told him #1-5. Aren't managers supposed to make things better? But no, he GUARANTEED that the waitress said, "Hi, my name is....Welcome to Applebees! May I interest you in a Blue Moon or White Peach Sangria?" I GUARANTEED his ass that she didn't. So they provided free drinks to whoever wanted one, which was only 4 people and there was like a drop of alcohol in each sangria so how much could they have lost over 3 cups of juice? I didn't drink mine just to spite them and because there was no alcohol.
Honestly, I think the attitude for the whole entire night was uncalled for. The rolling the eyes, slamming down our water, etc...I will not be coming back to Applebees for sure. It's not like their food is good anyway - it's just that their food was better than that in the food court.
