This is one of the brand new chain gyms that have hit Winnipeg. The first one of what the owner hopes to be several more, has just hit Westwood/St.James. This place is 24 hours, co-ed and brand spanking new. All the equipment is just gorgeous and the owner is just wonderful. There is the option of tanning and there is also an aerobics room. On site personal trainer and state of the art equipment.
Only downside is it's just a gym, so no fancy swimming pool or running track. But, because it's 24 hours, you always get first pick on the machine you really want.
Best part is, your membership is good anywhere in the world, at all of their locations.
