A fantastic gym that for once is not an intimidating place to be. The owner is visible, and always there to greet and or help with your workout.
Trainers are available for hire and are approachable.
There is always equipment available and members never have to wait for equipment.
The facility is spotless and members diligently clean the equipment when finished.
A great gym for the beginner and experienced.
