I'm a returning client. And will never leave even if I move again.
The only reason I left in the first place was because I moved out of the area. Which lead me to try numerous of other animal vet in span of 3 years I've switched 6 times (I have 3 dogs before).
This place is by far one of the really good places, prices are reasonable and the staff are very helpful and nice. They are honest and don't you for charge services that is not really need. I was informed by one of the staff that Trader tooth was really loose and it was pretty easy to come out and they were not going to charge me. When I picked up Trader and got reimbursed $158. WooohooT -

A bad day is when your boss yells at you for something you didn't do. And maybe they were all out of yoghurt at the store for lunch. Then you got splashed by a car driving through a puddle. And came home to the water off in your entire building so you can't even take a bath.
A sad day is when you find out your baby, your precious, your kitten in disguise, 5yr old cat has either kidney disease or diabetes. And she won't stop meowing and clawing at the carrier door because she hates cages. And she gets scared by the dogs in the waiting room. Then she pees all over the blanket and we have to come back for her urine sample the next day.
But then the staff are pretty awesome. The vet lets her run around in the room while we talk about options. She doesn't fight when her belly gets squeezed, even though men have been clawed for less. When she goes for her blood sample, she gets a free claw clipping that the tech miraculously walked away from, nay, got to cuddle her all the way back to the waiting room with nary a bloody scratch on the face.
Is this my cat? My adorable but bitchy baby? Being a suck for all the nice ladies? And that's all it is, all it takes to make a sad day not that bad. Some nice people being considerate and not charging you an arm and a leg for everything. And taking the sucky baby home to a treat of premium wet food. And having her not pee on the bed tonight (plastic sheet, serious. It's like having a child.)
