My boyfriend and I just visited Anizco for our first time and we were pleasantly surprised!
First off it was so easily accessible by transit (just across the street from Main street Science World skytrain stn).
Second, the store itself looks small on the outside but when you step inside it seems to go on forever and there are so many unique pieces of furniture and well...everything that you can possible imagine! They have tons of dishes, mirrors, artwork, pillows of all kinds, bed linens, lamps, rugs, small appliances and of course, all types of furniture. We were able to do a one stop shop for our apartment and all within our budget.
Speaking of budget, we thought that everything was very fairly priced - much better than everywhere else we had checked out beforehand.
The best thing that we loved about this place aside from everything that I mentioned was how the owner and his daughter gave such great customer service! They didn't chase us around the showroom which seemed to happen at every other place we visited. They were so nice and friendly. And it felt nice to be shopping at a family run business which seems to be rarer and rarer these days.
We would definitely recommend this furniture store for anyone that is looking for good quality used furniture and accessories.
