Review from Rachel P.

I organize a lot of corporate catering in my job and find that it is mostly expensive, predictable and bland.
Chef Katt really schools the competition in all areas. His prices are highly competitive, his sandwich fillings are anything but predictable and the flavor is outstanding!
Chef Katt is a true professional and obviously has passion for what he does. He is responsive, personable and takes the time to ensure every order is perfect.
His sandwich combinations include amazing filling like Pulled Pork, Goat cheese with pear, sun dried tomato and fresh basil, Pastrami and brie with Dijon mustard, Rib-eye steak with horseradish and Chicken, brie, pesto mayo and apple. YUM!
Chef Katt bakes his own bread and cookies in-house and uses high quality ingredients and cruelty-free options like free range eggs. I love that my vegetarian clients don't have to settle for glorified salad sandwiches when Chef Katt is catering an event.
He's also a lovely guy, so check him out! -

Finding the perfect sandwich is no small feat. Sometimes I don't even know what I want in my sandwich, I just know I want a sandwich.
Enter Chef Katt, "a graduate of Rutgers University and a former NOKIA executive, is a world traveler and self-taught gourmand." A bonified food celebrity in Korea, Chef creates delectable, unique sandwiches, salads and tapas using interesting combinations of meats, fruits, vegetables, sauces and more, made fresh daily. Check out his catering menu, too. Almost too reasonably priced!
He'll cater to your specific tastes upon requests. My personal favourite:
strawberries, goat cheese, avocado, spinach and pear on ciabatta. Now Katt's a sandwich!Listed in: local treasures
