Normally when I get my vehicle serviced, I don't do it - I get a dad/brother/boyfriend to take care of it for me. Yes, I am completely ignorant when it comes to vehicles.
I recently had to have an emission test done asap. I called the Gyro Mazda dealer, and they directed me here to AML. Boy, was I ever glad I went! These guys are so nice! Richard, the Service Manager was very helpful and made me feel at home while I waited. I noticed a few customers come in, and Richard (and the rest of the office crew) knew the customer's names. I was shocked! When one of the customer's brought in her little boy and Richard inquired as to which of their toy cars said boy didn't have! He brought out a bunch of new toy cars and the little guy picked out a new one for his collection.
When my car was ready (I relaxed and read the paper, watched some tv on the big flat screen), Richard informed me that my car passed, and commented on it being a great car in good shape! Again, I was shocked!
Customer service here is 6 stars. I had to take away 1 star because AML is not open late nor on weekends.
