Where to begin? The middle of nowhere, the hallways look like something for a bad horror movie! Paint falling off the walls, painted over the tub and is now chipping. Food is cold and sub par. I can't imagine anyone wanted to stay here on their own free will.

Most of the staff really doesn't care.  However, the housekeeping staff is pretty awesome!

I don't know how I could recommend this place any less.

Lets just say I checked for bed bugs three times before getting into that bed. I took super hot showers to try to kill anything that I might have caught from this room. I spent my sleeping hours and only my sleeping hours in this room.

If you're looking for a place to stay, look elsewhere. And if you're in charge of booking a training center for some colleagues, only book rooms for your enemies. This place will not earn you any brownie points.

I was recently evacuated from this place due to a bed-bug infestation! I escaped unscathed, but seven others were not so lucky.  They ended up in the emergency room. Three other collegues reported seeing roaches (two in their room and one in the dining room).  Two other collegues had food poisoning and didn't leave their bathrooms for the night.  The food tasted ok to good, but enough stories surfaced that you realized you ate at your own risk. The washers and dryers had a funky smell to them.  I just feel itchy thinking about this place. Good night, don't let the bed-bugs bite!

This place is stuck in the 70s ... smallest hotel room in the world , which is weird .. I thought everything was BIG in Texas.  This place is in serious need of a renovation.

Do your best to stay as far away from this place as possible.  We had serious billing issues with this place.  First issue - when we checked in they asked us for a credit card to hold for incidentals (not a problem, this is standard for hotels) but instead of just placing the standard $50 hold on our account, they "held" $365 the first day, $180 the second, $350 the third, and so on for every day we were there!  When asked about this, they refused to remove any of the holds and directed us to the manager with whom we had to leave a message.  We got NO RESPONSE from the manager at all despite a total of 3 messages left.  Meanwhile, all of our money is tied up in holds and no one would do anything to help!!  Upon checking out, they tried to overcharge us for the room.  We noticed and refused to pay the extra amount.  After we had been HOME FOR 4 DAYS, they charged us several hundred dollars more.  All told, they OVERCHARGED US BY $1400!!!!!!!!  When we called to get them to correct this, we were made to leave voicemails with the front desk managers, nobody called us back.  We had to go all the way up to the upper level management in order to get our issues resolved.  By far the worst customer service I've ever seen at any hotel of any type.
