Registered funds (RRSP, TFSA, LIRA etc.) as well as open non_registered funds can be invested in Alta Pacific MIC. Our mortgage fund's focus is on capital security and consistent performance. The fund's target return to investors is 8-11% per annum; a target that has been reached since operations began in 2008. Investors can choose to receive monthly cash dividends or participate in the share re-investment program. Investors who choose the monthly cash dividend receive 8% per annum paid monthly via direct deposit.

Alta Pacific operates a mortgage fund (called a MIC). Incorporated in 2007, Alta Pacific and has achieved its target rate of return to investors since operations began in 2008.
Alta Pacific also has a team of experienced mortgage professionals who help home buyers every day. The team works with more than 90 banks, credit unions and trust companies to secure the best mortgage and rates while always providing expert unbiased mortgage advice.
The company's founders have 50 years combined experience in real estate investing and mortgage placements in Western Canada. Prior to forming Alta Pacific, two of the company's founders - Steve Froese and Dan Weiss - held ownership positions in a Calgary based Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC). After 5 years of attaining 10-13% annual returns, Froese and Weiss partnered with BC based Brad Unrau and Ches Hagen to launch Alta Pacific.

Brad Unrau is currently among the top 2% of licensed Mortgage Brokers in the fastest growing Mortgage Broker firm in Canada; Dominion Lending Centres. Brad reached the "top 10 brokers by lending volume" in the 1,800+ broker firm in his first year of joining the company. He achieved this through aggressive relationship building with his vast reach of existing investment partners and contacts in Western Canada.
Brad has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and management of residential and commercial real estate in B.C. and Alberta. He continues to manage and grow his personal portfolio of owned and co-owned properties in all segments of the real estate market; single family residential homes, small acreage holdings, residential recreational property, residential rental property, private island resort community, city-core residential-commercial complex, and urban rental apartments
