I have contacted many veterinarian clinics this week to research neutering services in the city. This facility spoke loud and clear for me. The receptionist was incredibly busy but she took the time to answer all my questions. I have had a lifetime history of having female cats even one I had for almost 18 years, I wasn't used to this rambunctious guy with his new very interesting and not so subtle smells.
The urine of the mail is more intense if not neutered and when nature calls they have the tendency to spray it and not say it. So I was concerned my home would be a haven of the not so heavenly scents and got to calling around.
Neutering is a good option to first of all calm down the male, balance the cat population and can prevent testicular cancer.
Alpine had the best price in the city at $150 and the secretary was with me for at least 20 minutes to make sure I would make the most informed decision.
