The owners travels to the Andes twice a year for their fabulous alpaca yarn. If you are a knitter you can find the softest yarns here, but you'll have the most fun trying on their wide selection of clothes and caps for kids, men and women in natural earthy colors (no artificial dyes) and loose-fitting cuts. I especially liked the deftly knitted reversible tuques and cozy sweaters.
The space is packed with all kinds of things, with photos and art on the walls in between hanging outfits and baskets of mittens. Ask the friendly staff about anything from knitting advice to their fair trade alpaca, and be sure to check out the cool photo album of their travels in the Andes. Great spot, great people, in a sensuous and delightful little shop.

Little store filled with stuff knitted out of alpaca wool, scarves, gloves, skirts, blanket, hats etc in adult and kid sizes. Surprisingly soft and comfy, mostly in natural hues such as off-white, brown. I thought alpaca was astronomically expensive, but it was reasonable: gloves 15$, scarf 28$, sweater 75$. I bought a pair of leg warmers to wear immediately as leggings are not warm enough in -10C for frolicking in the La Fontaine park which is very close to the store.
