Poor product quality with poor service. I have owned several Aldo shoes. After several months, the rear part of the soles on ALL the shoes wore out so badly. If it rains, water leaks through the sole and my socks get wet! And the rear part of the sole got detached from the shoe due to stitching coming off... Furthermore, in another pair of shoes, I get muscle pain in my ankle after walking for awhile. Maybe tying my feet on stone would be more comfortable. Do they ever take ergonomics and quality testing into consideration when they design the shoes?
I was once shopping at this Aldo location. I asked for certain size of the shoe I was holding. He went to the back and brought the shoe box. He then threw it on the ground instead of handing it over to me...... When I opened it, there was only one shoe. He then took the shoe I was holding and put it in the box. First, they are different sizes. Second, there was a price tag stapled on the shoe I was holding. Third, the shoe I was holding was filthy. I refused to buy anything from the store. Reported to corporate office.
