Dr. Albert Lai deserves way more than 5 stars. Never in my life have I been in an office this well organized.
I used to dread going to the doctors because it meant calling to make an appointment, show up and wait for like an hour with a room full of people, go to another waiting room and wait another 15-30 minutes, and THEN you finally get your 10 minutes with the doctor only to be told something you already know. Well, not at Dr. Lai's office!
At Dr. Lai's office, you DO NOT show up late for an appointment because he is always right on time. You never see more than 1 or 2 other patients in the waiting room because they don't overbook and once again, he is always on time. The other patients you see there are most likely early for their appointments. They don't take walk-ins as I've seen Dr. Lai explain that its not fair to the other patients. He also doesn't book short 10-15 minute appointments or rush you through your appointment. However, if its an emergency, they do try to fit you in.
When you see Dr. Lai, he takes the time to answer any questions and he is very knowledgable. You can really tell he is a doctor because he loves what he is doing. Also, he has days that are open later and works on the weekends so its awesome for people who can't take time off work for appointments.
I don't think he accepts new clients but if you can get in, do not hesistate.
