Maybe service has improved, as I've had no problems waiting too long, just been lucky.

What i like is the cleanliness if you need to go inside to use the washroom or buy some chips/pop.  Pretty spacious, and not dodgy like some others.  then again, it's richmond so...

Prices tend to be a few cents cheaper than the Chevrons, etc.

but if you can get past the long lineups and all, location-wise, there's so much around the area.  Tim Horton's, Costco, Golf Town, Arthur Liang bridge, etc....

    No bueno.

If you need to use the ATM, you'd better not have a VISA.

Tried the car wash again after a few years.  Regular car wash without gas purchase was over $12 with taxes.  $8.99 plus $2 plus tax.   I had a piece of birdie poop in the center top of my rear window.  It only washed off 50% of the crap and the rinse cycle didn't reall rinse the car well.
My windows are still showing smudges and the lower side sills are still gritty.
A better car wash was had at the Chevron by no 5 and steveston hwy.

Typed by iphone.  Typo's FOC :)

Too bad Richmond has a bylaw where all the pumps have to be Full Serve. They would have much less dissatisfied customers who have to wait for the few attendants manning the maybe 12 pumps. My husband usually just gets out and does it himself :-p

Husky/Mohawk used to have higher octane "Regular" than the other places. It seems like they don't, anymore, so I no longer have a reason to prefer this station. They do have a car wash machine, if you're interested, and a decent-sized store.

I was offered a Husky Mastercard here. I wouldn't recommend it, though. The % of usage money is given back to you as a $25 Husky/Mohawk voucher every time you hit that much in rewards. Both that and the coupons they give you when you sign up require you to go inside the store to prepay, negating any pros of Full Service (which, by the way, only means they pump your fuel). Also, you can't change the PIN on your chip card, unless you go all the way to Alberta and find that bank's ATM.

You get my 1-Star, regardless of if you are one of the busiest gas stations in Richmond. Why you ask do you go down so low, and get my treasured single "bling", well I try to dodge this gas station due to the fact that it is always packed with people who do not know which way they are driving, and whether they are going in and out, or going to which pump, but that is the consumer, and not the gas station.

Each time I come to this gas station due to the necessity of my car running low of petrol, I have to wait for a pump, and this is due to a couple pumps always being out of service. You would think, with this being such a busy gas station, this would not happen. They have enough workers here, and Richmond has this bylaw that all gas stations are Full Service, talk about "No Service", this is the gas station that fits the bill. I've never seen so many gas attendents just standing around, and not being attentive to the cars coming in for the one thing they need, which is a fill up. Other places even ask if you want your tires checked, if you have enough wiper fluid, the point is they up sell, and these people are oblivious.

The other point I'd like to make in regards to payment, usually when you offer payment to the gas attendant they fill the gas, not here, they make you get out of your car and go in to the store to pay for your gas transaction first. So, what is going on here, I thought this was full-serve, not semi-serve? And when you get into the store, there is another line up, so I lined up to get my car into one of the gas stalls that I waited for, and now I have to wait to pay for the gas that I want in my car. Also, when the line up builds on one till, and there are two people behind the counter, the other one is oblivious to the people waiting to just get out of this place. The person is usually doing her own thing, instead of helping the situation, which is getting us out of here faster.

Also, for such a busy gas station, this place needs a renovation, as it's looking dated.
