    I'm playing in a golf tournament next weekend and haven't touched the clubs in about a year. Luckily there's a driving range 2 mins from my in-laws place.

    This driving range is literally right next to the Barrie "airport" (more of an air strip but in any case). There are about 20 grass tees and about a dozen carpet tees off to the left. The place is well maintained and not too busy, even on a beautiful 25 degree sunny day on the May 2-4 weekend.

    The prices are reasonable (about $11 for a large bucket or $15 for a jumbo ~150 balls). There is a sand trap and a green with 4 holes by the carpet tees to practice your short game.

    There is also a mini golf but it's in a ditch, the carpet is in pretty bad shape and it looks like it hasn't been used in a few years.

    All in all, this is a very convenient and affordable driving range if you're living or visiting the north end of Barrie.
