    I have had many many many massages over the years and have only found one place that seems to fix problems rather than mask them for a day or two. Adjust to life was my saviour last year when I had hip problems due to playing roughly 250 hockey games in a winter and to make it worse I'm a goalie!
    The building has ample parking and is in a covenient location, the staff are friendly and the prices are unbeatable. I have only dealt with Patricia but I see no need to ever change that. She has more experience than most and it really shows in her massages. Guys may be blinded by her beauty but you can see that she practices a healthy lifestyle just by her great physique and this is all to uncommon.
    Pat is trained in everything from baby massage to seniors massage which we joke is fairly similar.
    She is very busy but does have great hours for people working during the day. You typically need a week or more to get in but trust me, it's well worth the wait.
    I have had numerous friends attend the chiro in the building and they have all given glowing reviews as well. I have sent everyone from family and friends to Patricia and they are all regulars of hers now.

    I'm not going to lie I am very particular with massages so I  haven't been impressed with many I have received but here is one I would recommend with a 5 star review.
