Thank the heavens for RMT Sue Hartling!!
I had my first session with her today because of the review I read on yelp -- my neck was killing me and was in need of relief. Sue delivered the best massage I've had in this city to date!

"Sweet mother of all things holy." Those were the words I found myself uttering after my first RMT massage with Sue. You know it's a great massage if it causes you to utter sacrilegious phrases. It's also gotta be great if you leave the place feeling slightly high from the tremendous release of endorphins. Extended health care -I could kiss you for letting me write off the cost of this experience!
I was convinced that Sue was the massage therapist for me after a friend told me she was the only RMT who used enough pressure to actually fix some of her back problems. Indeed, although she may be small, her hands are strong enough to work some serious magic. She was able to get a lot of the knots out of my back, and she also spent a good amount of time working on my forearms (stupid tendinitis due to many years as a barista).
I can't wait to go back for my next massage. For those who have extended health benefits -USE THEM! For those who don't, treat yourself; Sue is a far better massage therapist than anyone you will find working at a typical spa.Listed in: From Blah to Beautiful

Acupoint hit the spot.
Within a few minutes of meeting Suka, the proprietor, it was obvious that she is a born healer and deeply sensitive to her patients needs. I have seen many medical professionals, and Suka has the best bedside manner by far.
The rooms at Acupoint are small but comfortable, and the music and scents are soothing. The acupuncture treatment was surprisingly relaxing and it was complimented with cupping treatment and acupressure massage. As Suka worked on acupressure she noted where lines of pressure may be coming from, and how to avoid them in the future. The entire experience was both soothing and healing - a light neck pain has completely disappeared since, and lower back pain was significantly reduced right after the first visit. And by acupuncture standards, the rates were quite reasonable.
I would highly recommend Acupoint for relief of muscle-related pain. -

I had a chronic neck issue that was fixed by 4 acupuncture sessions. Suka is an excellent health care practioner. I would definitely recommend this to others for acupunture. Very relaxing enviro with the scent of essential oils.

I am not a fan of needles but heard great things about Acupuncture so gave it a try. I chose Acupoint Wellness because of its convenient location. Suka made me very comfortable and I am happy to say my pain went away. Acupoint wellness has a great environment and this is my first stop for health. I recommend to all.

Suka is one of the greatest therapists in the city. I used to live in Vancouver and saw her on a regular basis for acupuncture treatments to treat digestive issues. She is so sweet and gives you the attention deserved by someone who is treating you for anything personal. Her space is incredible. All of the therapists there are extremely friendly and helpful which seems rare these days. Everyone makes you feel really welcome and they are truly concerned with all of their patients needs. I can't tell you how impressed I was meeting everyone in this fantastic clinic.
