I have to give props to this store for working in providing a solution and contact me the next day. I was called to come back and the store clerk processed the returns of the still sealed boxes without any hassle. It was like nothing happened. Of course, the reality is there was harm done and it could have been easily avoided.
I'm all for protecting the retailer as well as the consumer. If the product isn't used and is still sealed, there shouldn't be an issue. In hindsight, one should be more careful by specifically asking the return policy of each items if you change your mind with an impulse buy or, heck, find a better pricing.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I do not recommend this store! I received something as a gift and when I went to exchange the item with the gift receipt they would not take it back because they said it was a clearance item. None of that was stated on the receipt. The manager said he used to use the "final sale" stamp but not anymore because it doesn't look good!! I have never shopped here before and now I definitely never will after the lack of customer service this store provides!!!
If it was stated on the receipt that I can not exchange the items I would not have a problem but it is not!!! The owner/manager just refused to help me which was just so frustrating! I guess they are just out to make a profit and do not care about their customers
