Review from Paula K.
Oh, the memories of heading here between classes to enjoy a personal size, fresh, hot pizza. I would always get the vegetarian one, which was loaded with cheese, mushrooms, green pepper, and other toppings. The prices are still reasonable for freshly-made food, and the places also sells chicken and pasta. The best thing is that Academy Pizza is actually like a little restaurant, where you walk in and are totally separate from the rest of Hub Mall. It gets packed at lunch time, and for good reason. Service is quite fast - you place your order at the counter, get a number, and go pick it up when your number is called. Academy Pizza is like an institution at the University - just about everyone has a story to tell about it. Mine involves embarassing a friend I was having lunch with, by serenading her with a Jethro Tull song (she hates Jethro Tull). Anyways, if you happen to be on campus and want something hot, quick, and fresh, go here first.

The personal pans here are so good! Pepperoni with banana peppers always hits the spot. It costs around 5 dollars for a personal pan pizza and it usually fills you up. They also have good lasagna which is about $7 but you get a lot for that price.
It is located inside HUB mall and it is set up like a mini restaurant. It has a seating area inside and then a "patio" area which is still inside but you can see people walking in HUB, which is pretty cool.
Be careful eating here before you have to study because it's so greasy and filling that you will be ready to pass out right after. -
Review from Chukwuma M.
Academy Pizza is one of the better places to eat in the Hub Mall over at the University of Alberta.
I like eating here because it actually has a large sitting area, unlike most of the places in the Hub Mall. Large by HUB standards at least. I always feel claustrophobic while eating at the Hub because it is so damn narrow and there aren't many seats in the hallway.
The pizza is great...I might put it up there with the likes of Famoso and Royal Pizza, but that's a big might.
