Not sure how I got by for a couple years buying computer stuff at a certain un-named other computer retailer.
I've bought all my computer related stuff here for the last 3-4 years. They will help you build a system that will work for your needs, and work to provide alternatives if what is part of a recommended system doesn't work.
They handled a manufacturer recall of my recent motherboard very well, calling me up and servicing the replacement free, and having my machine available for pickup the next business day. -

This place is solid for service and reasonable for pricing. Warren did a good job with repairing my laptop and for any upgrade parts, ie. harddrives, ram, wireless cards, the pricing has been fair. What I like about this place the most is that it's a Richmond computer store in North Burnaby. I can just walk here to get my gear repaired or upgraded

I have shopped at this store for internal DVD drives and hard drives many times. No long line-ups. Very fast service. Reasonable prices. I am really happy with this store.
