  I've been using their daycare service for a few months now and am very satisfied with A Dog's Life.  Sonny and the rest of the team are great with my dog and I can tell he loves spending the day with them and the rest of the pack.
  
  I think the best part is the boarding service. They take your dog home and treat is as their own, not like other places that leave the dogs alone overnight.
  
  They have a groomer in a few times a week who does a good job too.

  Not totally comfortable with this service. Did a drop-in to the location on Queen Street and saw WAY too many dogs in a tiny little space as well as a couple dogs in stacked crates. The place was cutesy on first glance but when you get near the dogs, all you can smell is urine and feces. This isn't a daycare - it's an easy way to make a buck.
  I wouldn't leave my dog here. Not on your life.

  Dear readers:
  
  I have tried to communicate with this reviewer to get more detailed information since this review greatly concerned me. I have had no response.
  
  There have been a few instances when we have agreed to help a client in need with a very young puppy. (young enough that is was too small and delicate to be left out with the regular pack without careful supervision)
  
  In this instance the crate for said dog was elevated, but the crates where never stacked and we do not feel its good practice to (unless necessary) use elevated crates due to the danger of them falling. (elevating a crate on a strong wide base is not the same as stacking)
  
  In regards to the smell... we are very diligent about cleaning the accidents that the younger dogs can sometimes make. We have odor fighting cleaners and the air is constantly refreshed by an air conditioner. I have taken it upon myself in the last week to ask my clients if they have ever had a similar experience at my facility and they claimed to have not. Some of them making it clear that the facility is indeed clean and tidy.

  I've used these guys for my whippet puppy for around 6 months.  Reasonable rates (for dog walkers at least, dog walkers are pretty pricey in general, so take that into account before you get a dog).  They're friendly, courteous, and professional.   I knew my little monster was in good hands with A Dog's Life.
