I have used A CleanCo Inc. twice because I bought deal coupons.
They have an option to clean during saturday which is great! I won't be home during the week and I don't get home till late at night.
The owner is quite responsible and he will tell you the cleaners will be late or not. I usually book the appointment a week ahead, and then I make sure I text the company few hours before appointment time. It is rare to see that the cleaner will be here on time but at least the company is decent to tell me if they will be late or not.
I have two ladies to come in and they will bring the cleaning supplies. They are quite efficient. I have used them once for 1.5 hours, and then 2 ladies for 3 hours. For 1.5 hours, I think 'general surface' are cleaned but not all the surface in my 1000sqft and 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.
However, for 3 hours, they did a good job, they clean inside and out of the condo. They wiped all my windows, my doors, and my furnitures. They cleaned my kitchen appliance nicely and make sure everything is spotless before they left.
I would use them again for sure.
