I have been using this business for almost a decade now. It helps that I live within walking distance. They are very dedicated to their clients. On two separate occasions Randy (my mechanic) walked up to my house and helped push the car down to their shop when the starter went and they replaced it for free the second time when they thought it could have stopped working due to a mistake made by them. Even after they realized it wasn't them they still did not charge me. On many occasions Randy has offered or came to look at the car here. When I bring my car in they call me to let me know what's happening and make sure I'm comfortable with what they end up doing. They are considerate towards different money situations and will go over options if they have them for cheaper parts instead of just sticking in the most expensive parts and charging you for it. While they aren't to into the warm and fuzzies you will still feel taken care of and respected. I know when I go here that I won't be taken advantage of. There are a few things you will have to get fixed at other places as they don't do it here but what they can fix they do well.
