This airport is spotless, orderly, and fairly quiet. There are not many shops or places to buy food, but the food available is far better than some of the other airports provide. They have some healthy options and the prices are reasonable.
There isn't much to say about this place but I've seen worse. I'm including an extra star for the extra clean bathrooms here! -

Aéroport Jean-Lesage today is a much larger and nicer looking version of its old self. They've recently expanded the airport to accommodate more international flights, particularly to the US and sunny destinations.
However, even with the expansion, it's still a very quiet airport and going through check-in and security is a breeze. All the staff I saw were very friendly (even the security people were joking around, which is nice to see!).
I have to agree with my other Yelpers that there is a serious lack of restaurants and/or bars but the bathrooms are some of the cleanest I've seen in all my travels.
I have family in Quebec, so as Arnold used to say, I'll be back.
Right now I'm giving it 3 stars. It definitely needs more amenities to earn anything more than that though. But at least it looks nice!
Oh and there's free WiFi. Gotta love that. -
Review from Heather S.
This airport is a medium sized airport. It was sparkling clean and security was a breeze to get through. I guess it helps that Canadians don't make everyone take their shoes off like they do in the good old usa.
My 2 major complaints about this airport are it's lack of amenities. In my terminal, there was one store to buy a drink/magazine/whatever and one restaurant. Also, I was flying Continental and there was no one at the gate. They had self serve kiosks but I literally had to try 9 of them before I found one to print my boarding pass. If it wasn't for this, this airport would have gotten an extra star. -

Bigger and much cleaner upstairs section anyways. They have a free business centre hidden behind the boutique with lots of stalls with free Internet. Nice open Area with 6 seat tables near Altitude restaurant but no purchase necessary to sit there. I like the atmosphere.
